Who do you ship with and how long does it take to ship in North American?

• Shipping to addresses in Canada and the Continental United States will be offered through UPS Standard Ground.

• If you need your order to arrive by a specific date or require other special services, please call us at 1-604-568-4455 and we’ll take care of you.

• Rayne Longboards reserves the right to use its discretion when selecting shipping services.

Who do you ship with and how long do International orders take?

• We use FedEx International Economy or TNT Economy Express.

• If you need your order to arrive by a specific date or require other special services, please call us at 1-604-568-4455 or email [email protected] and we will take care of you!

• Rayne Longboards reserves the right to use its discretion when selecting shipping services.

• Rayne Longboards is not responsible for any Duty, Customs, or Taxes levied by the country in which you reside. If these fees are not paid to the broker or to the proper authorities, your package will not be delivered to you. Please check with your local customs office for more information on duties, taxes and fees.

• Rayne Longboards refuses to doctor any commercial invoices in order to affect the customs fees incurred by the customer. You will be responsible for all applicable fees once your package has been shipped.

Orders usually ship within 24-48 hours.

Order Tracking

We offer free tracking on all of our shipments domestic and international.

A tracking email will be sent to the email address you checkout with by the shipping service we have selected for you order.

If you would like the tracking information send to an alternate email address please provide the address in the notes section at check out.

After your order is placed please wait 1-3 business days for the tracking email to be delivered. If you have not received an email with your tracking number after this time, please email [email protected] to request a tracking number.

Tracking numbers usually take 24 hours to activate after the shipping company has picked up the package.

Backorders and Custom Orders

Out of Stock, back-ordered and custom made items may take up to an additional 7 business days to ship.

Return Policy

We realize that not all products fit just right, so you may need to return or exchange the product. If you feel a return is necessary please email us at [email protected] or give us a call at 1-604-568-4455 and speak to our skateboard fitting experts.

When contacting us please provide your order number, a detailed list of which items you wish to return, and why you would like to return them.

The customer will arrange to have the product shipped back to the factory (we recommend shipping parcels within North America with UPS for the lowest rates).

Once the product arrives at the factory and passes inspection for “new condition,” we will either send you the desired product of exchange or issue you a refund.

The return of the product and subsequent exchange delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If an incorrect product was shipped to the customer or the purchased product arrived damaged, Rayne Longboards will reimburse the customer for any shipping charges related to the return or replacement of the purchased product.

Rayne does reserve the right to implement a 30% re-stocking fee on any product that is returned for a refund/exchange that is not in “new condition” unless the product was damaged in transit.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. Refused shipments will not be refunded. If you would like to cancel an order after it has shipped please wait until the order has been delivered to you, then send an email with a return request to [email protected].

Taxes and Duties

You are responsible for all local taxes, VAT, duties, etc. associated with your order.
